 Eric J Pulaski is the founder and CEO of Lightbulb Technology Partners Inc. based in Houston, Texas. Before starting Lightbulb Technology Partners, Eric founded BindView Software, in May 1990. Eric served as the company’s Chairman and CEO through a successful IPO in 1998 and ultimately, the sale of BindView to Symantec Corporation in January 2006. BindView was a worldwide leader in multiple segments of the systems management, security management, and compliance management markets – and an innovator in offshore software product development.
BindView was one of the first companies to bring an award winning, enterprise software products to market that was developed using a wholly owned subsidiary in India to perform full-life cycle product development in 2000. |

| Constancio Fernandes – Vice President of Engineering [Pune, India] |

 Constancio brings to Lightbulb Technology Partners, over 10 years of experience in supervising and building enterprise software products.
Prior to joining Lightbulb Technology Services Ltd (India), Constancio served as Director, Engineering at Approva Systems, Pune, India, where he was responsible for implementing advanced engineering process that ensured the quality and predictability of product deliverables. Constancio managed the product-engineering group at Approva and was instrumental in growing the team from a 10 to 100+ members within only a few years.
Prior to Approva, Constancio served as Group Development Manager at BindView India, managing several bv-Admin and bv-Control product development groups. Constancio has also managed a product outsourcing engagement for Microsoft at its Redmond, Washington headquarters, where he worked closely with the Windows Distributed Systems group to build the Distributed File Systems Component for Windows 2000. |

 Abhay is a Finance professional with diverse qualifications – He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Works Accountant (ICWA), Company Secretary (CS), and has also pursued ACCA UK up to certification level.
Abhay has extensive financial experience both in India and abroad. Prior to joining Lightbulb Technology Services Ltd (India), Abhay worked as Head-Accounting Operations & Regulatory Compliance at Veritas Symantec India. His previous experience includes serving as Controller Finance, BindView India; CFO, Versaware Technologies India; DGM, Cummins India; Divisional Finance Manager at Johnson & Johnson; and Dy. Fin. Controller, IBM Distributor Company in Hong Kong. |
